Mary Wilson

Mary has been involved in leading learning for more than forty years. She believes strongly in the talents and gifts of everyone having space and time to flourish.  Now self-employed Mary has had the privilege of working with a number of schools in NZ, Australia and beyond to support the intentional and deliberate building of culture and belonging. 

She helps teams to build clarity and ownership of their future and then get on with delivering it. Mary will share key tools and processes. Leaders’ stories will reveal what can make a positive difference.  Their anecdotes provide evidence of building a culture of trust, thoughtful collaboration and liberated leadership over time.  Jenny, Teresa, Mallory, Janet and Mary will share their stories from both sides of the Tasman.
